Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PingForever ("Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

PingForever provides website uptime monitoring, SSL certificate monitoring, domain expiry tracking, speed analysis, and related services. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4. Free Plan

A free tier is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to monitor systems you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities of any system or network without authorization.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are the property of PingForever and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PingForever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
